tomorrow is our day trip to umbria, which includes exploring the streets of todi and enjoying a 4 hour, 8 course meal...and a food coma, i'm sure. tonight we decided to take it easy, so the girls on our floor all pitched in to create a little preview to tomorrow's feast. we're still working on both our cooking skills and managing to work in a kitchen the size of my closet, but for a first attempt i think it was a success.
