i realized yesterday that i hadn't made dinner in forever, so tonight i decided to wing it and see what happened. i didn't take any pictures in the process, mostly because i was grilling chicken, cooking pasta, roasting vegetables, and totally making up a white wine sauce all at the same time. also, there was a bottle of champagne involved that may or may not have had some effect on the process. all i know is that eggplant, zucchini, tomatoes, butter, white wine, and some other random stuff laying around turns out pretty delish, even if it looks rather plain. but that could just be the champagne talking...
