on tuesday the studio was host to the photo shoot for the resort 2011 collection.  between errands and last-minute sewing, us lowly interns were allowed to sit and watch as the tallest and thinnest person i've ever seen oh so casually made the pieces we've been picking up/dropping off/sewing/hanging/steaming for the past three weeks come to life.  and just to combat common misconceptions, the model was both incredibly personable and able to participate in intelligent conversations.  also, she eats.  it's all in the genes i'm afraid.
